Omni Plus is a free Productivity Extension for Chrome. You could download the latest version crx file and install it.

This extension provides a series of tools that could be accessed right in your Chrome address bar.
To use it, type 'op' in address bar and hit space bar. Once you see the extension icon and 'Omni Plus' show up, you can continue typing to choose a command and run it by hit Enter.
