ALT+Enter command was being sent to the 'active' tab which is not always going to be Siebel. Updated to select the tab based on a URL query so it's always sending the ALT+Enter to the Siebel tab.

Previous versions were using a page reload to refresh query list views. With testing, found that this was not properly loading new data. This new version uses the tab's debugger to pass the shortcut ALT+Enter key command to poll for new data.
