Usage:

1. Install the Plain Notes extension.
2. Click New Note, a new tab will open with a blank note.
3. All edits are automatically saved in Chrome's local storage as you make changes.
4. Press Command/Ctrl + Backspace while a note is selected in the extension popup to delete it.
5. Access preferences by right-clicking the extension icon and selecting Options, or by using the editor context menu.
6. Create a new note from any selected text on the internet by right-clicking a passage and choosing New Note from Text.
