More About Freemindtronic
The extension only works with the EviToken application for NFC-enabled smartphones.
Objective: The main objective of the extension is to achieve auto login, auto-filling of the fields of a website as well as text and data encryption.
How it works: The extension communicates with the smartphone via the local area network (LAN). Communications are dynamically encrypted between the smartphone and the extension. The smartphone is used only as an interface to obtain sensitive data encrypted in the non-volatile physical memory of an NFC device that embeds EviToken's patented technology.
Storage management: The extension also allows new entries to be generated in the storage of the smartphone and NFC devices.
Protection of private data: The extension does not collect any personal data. Similarly, it does not store any data.
Communications : The extension has no interaction with the internet (WAN). However, it allows access to email addresses or links to partners' websites to exchange information.
Storage against the risk of phishing: The extension interacts with storage on the local network of a previously paired smartphone. Thus, the information can be retrieved after control to be sent to the extension. This information is qualified by the user as the original website.
Cyber security: The extension does not back up any sensitive data stored by the user in NFC devices. The same applies to the EviToken application for smartphone.
Cyber safety: Sensitive data is only stored encrypted in NFC devices. It is protected both physically and digitally by an access control system with multi-factor authentication. NFC devices can store many sensitive data such as usernames, passwords, bank cards, encryption keys, private cryptographic keys, Seed, notes, bank accounts.
The extension has been tested compatible with chromium-based browsers such as Chromium, Chrome, Brave, Edge, Vivaldi, UC Browser, Torch Browser. It is also compatible with Opera.
It also allows to perform text and file encryption with encryption keys managed via NFC devices.
This extension is multilingual (AR, CA, CN, DE, EN, ES, FR, IT, JA, PT, RO, RU).
