ImageZoom is a free Productivity Extension for Chrome. You could download the latest version crx file and install it.
More About ImageZoom
Simply click on an image with the middle mouse button and move the mouse left (to zoom out/shrink) or right (to zoom in/enlarge). Release the button when you have the desired image size. (May not work for some images and some web sites.)
Update: the image url and size (in bytes, if can be determined) are now displayed.
Tip: To prevent opening a link associated with the image, move cursor up or down outside of the image.
Note: There'll NEVER be the right mouse button option! Please don't ask! Thank you!
