Tab Combine/Split is a free Accessibility Extension for Chrome. You could download the latest version crx file and install it.

This extension will help you with only one click combine all open tabs in one window.
You can also choose from which tab to split one window into 2 separate windows.
How to use?
Go to the option page(right click on the extension -> choose Options) and choose the browser action function.
!Important: By default Browser actions is not set, so please choose a state and if you have any problem or suggestions write us in support section.
