This extension lets you filter the slow splits on your garmin connect activities. It detects if you use miles or kms and it lets you rule out certain splits letting you define:
* minimum pace (in mins/mile or mins/km)
* minimum distance
This is extremely helpful for interval training. As this doesn't change anything on your Garmin activity, you can see all the metrics updated but in an easy way to roll it back. Also, you will not have duplicated activities (or fake numbers).
