Booru Pool Downloader is a free Accessibility Extension for Chrome. You could download the latest version crx file or old version crx files and install it.
More About Booru Pool Downloader
Gives you an option to download an entire pool when you right-click a link to that pool.
Also allows you to mass-download from e621.
