Simulates Google's I'm feeling lucky search, with a few small benefits. When you click back from the page you get to, you will be returned to the Google search results.
The default keyword is imfeelinglucky, but I recommend you click the app icon and add it as a search result manually. This way you can adjust the keyword, and optionally make it your default search engine.
