Fulmo is a free Developer Tools Extension for Chrome. You could download the latest version crx file and install it.

The extension provides easy ticket creation with an annotated screenshot.
Now, it supports Trac (*1) and Redmine (*2).
We plan to be able to send to other Issue tracking systems (e.g. MantisBT, Bugzilla, JIRA, etc...).
*1 requires http://trac-hacks.org/wiki/XmlRpcPlugin
*2 requires https://github.com/opengroove/redmine_fulmo_helper
