I DID NOT WRITE THIS. This is a RE-HOST of the excellent Neat Bookmarks extension that was removed from the Chrome Store by the author amid scandal surrounding advertising methods within the extension. The code was made available on github under an MIT licence at https://github.com/cheeaun/neat-bookmarks, and I have simply re-hosted it for personal use to make sure this excellent extension remains available. This is the last version before the advertisements were added. Others have also re-hosted this extension at https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/dmiigepidhhnpmngcemncndbfahdblhi There will not be any further updates to this extension.
