deviantART Download Counter is a free Productivity Extension for Chrome. You could download the latest version crx file and install it.

Since I was dissatisfied that the download counter disappeared in the latest deviantART version (I have no idea why they did that), I created a "deviantART Download Counter" extension for fun in few days.
Then I thought that I can publish it for everyone, so here it is.
It's a really simple script, which gets the downloads number from the official deviantART API for the currently displayed art and shows it on the webpage.
That's it!
It doesn't have any tellemetry and I don't earn from it, let's call it a "pro bono" work.
