WebNowPlaying Redux is a free Productivity Extension for Chrome. You could download the latest version crx file or old version crx files and install it.
More About WebNowPlaying Redux
For use with the WebNowPlaying plugin for Rainmeter. Allows Rainmeter to get music info such as Title, Artist, Album, and Albumart from many websites. Also now supports full playback controls such a seek, playpause, skip, and more!

There is also a generic support you can turn on in the settings that will try to add support for unknown websites.
