Flux for Chrome™ - it is extension, which allows for users to adjust the color temperature of the web sites in the Chrome browser.
It reduces eye strain when working at night, and also eliminates one of the factors that disrupt the normal circadian rhythm and sleep patterns.
As is well known blue lights suppress melatonin, which prevents you from falling asleep when you want. That's why staring at screens before going to bed not good. Flux extension works by filtering out the blue light. You get an orange hue on the screen, which save your eyes and seriously makes it easier to go to bed if you use your computer late at night.
This extension enables you to:
- Make the color hue of web sites more comfortable for the eyes at night.
- Set the time range for the temperature filter.
- Choose custom colors from the entire palette.
- Set the intensity of the temperature filter.
- Set and save individual settings for each of the web sites.
