The version 1.62 matches the newest Vimium++ (1.64).
The two thing above make Vimium++'s memory cost always increasing if only a new vomnibar gets created, which is too bad.
So this extension includes a copy of Vomnibar page of Vimium++ 1.59, and if user set "Vomnibar Page" to `chrome-extension://ekohaelnhhdhbccgefjmjpdjoijhojgd/vomnibar.html` on Vimium++ Options page, Vimium++ will be away from such a problem.
