MG Text Emojis is a free Productivity Extension for Chrome. You could download the latest version crx file or old version crx files and install it.

This was tested under Windows 10.
IMPORTANT (old chrome versions):
1. COLORED EMOJI supported from version 53!
2. Skin-Colored Emojis consist of TWO Symbols (the second is a rectangle), just copy BOTH and paste where needed. Read the titles of sections for actual color.
3. For "extra" unicode7 emojis install a font if you see rectangles:
