Ban Checker for Steam is a free Fun Extension for Chrome. You could download the latest version crx file or old version crx files and install it.
More About Ban Checker for Steam
You can now change default API Key to your own (in case Valve bans default one and you don't want to wait for update). Go to extension's options page to do so.
