KodaMail is a free Social & Communication Extension for Chrome. You could download the latest version crx file or old version crx files and install it.

See when your email was read, links clicked and attachments downloaded.
Desktop notification of read emails or links clicked, can be switched off on a thread by thread basis.

Schedule email delivery using Gmail scheduler with tracking (optional).
