DocShare.io is an instant document sharing tool with open / read notifications. User gets notified via email on document opening.
★ How DocShare works?
Step 1: Simply Upload your document / File.
Step 2: Select (toggle button) if you need to ask visitor email id or not.
Step 3: Enter email address where you want to get email notification when someone opens the document.
Step 4: Hit Convert Button
Step 5: Once uploaded & Converted you will get the URL - Copy the URL and send that instead of document or attachment.
★ How & When You will get notified?
When someone opens the link. You will get an email notification from notification@docshare.io just with in 60 seconds of time (Incase you didn't get any notification from this email id, please check spambox, and mark it as not in spam also you can add filter for the same).
★ What is the data analytic which i receive on document opening?
Here are the list of data, user will get when someone opens the doc
#1: Time Spent On Document
#2: Email Id of Visitor
#3: Location From where the document is visited.
P.S. All three of them will be of a single visit. i.e time recorded will not be cumulative, it will be for single visit. Location will be on the base of IP.

P.S - Gmail doesn't have any inbuilt attachment tracking module. Their is no other way to track the documents / attachments except converting them into the images & tracking. So to track attachements or documents or collaterals just go to docshare.io >> create link >> Paste it in an email >> & get notified.
