Addresses the problem of doing trainings on Domain-dependent products like Google Classroom. When installed on a spreadsheet by a domain super-admin, creates personalized training accounts from a user-submitted form.
Features:
-Can be run on Form Submit or manually
-You choose the default password (must follow the password rules for your domain).
-Bulk delete the created accounts with one command.
-Optionally, set a "Kill Date" to automatically delete accounts on a specified date.
-Also optionally, choose one of your domains pre-existing org units to add new accounts to. For example, add new users for a Sites training session to an org unit in which Gmail is restricted.
-Eliminates the need for pre-created dummy accounts for training attendees.
