URL Opener is a free Utilities Add-on for Google Sheets. You could download the latest version crx file or old version crx files and install it.

This add-on opens each URL from the selected cells range in the new browser tab.
Currently it works in three modes:
1) Opens all selected URLs;
2) Opens ALL URLS from the active sheet;
3) Opens the last URLs from the selected column starting from the active cell (the amount of URLs would be choosen by the user).
The add-on handles ALL non-empty values.
