该产品主要的功能是为表格数据修改的时候，发送邮件提示用户，文件的内容发生了修改。
具体步骤
1 安装插件，并且打开插件，会自动创建两个sheet页表头和一个单元格保存的时候的触发器
2 制御列を追加 中设定变更时需要发邮件提示的列， メールアドレスを追加 中 设定发送邮件的地址
3 在sheet1中添加数据，如果再次更改数据并且保存的时候 ，会根据设定的提示列，发邮件进行提示
