Using Clipchamp is simple: Just pick a video file from your computer, select target device, resolution & output quality, and hit "Convert video!".

– Following user feedback, we updated the webcam recording feature of clipchamp.

- The very first time you record a video, there can be some audio problems. If this occurs, please reload clipchamp and record a 2nd video.

- Processing of this first video will likely be slower than for any subsequent video you record. Processing times will speed up starting with the 2nd video recorded.

- We recommend you close all other tabs in Chrome while recording a webcam video if you're on a Chromebook as the process is quite CPU-intensive and will work best if your Chromebook’s CPU is not busy with other tasks.

- HD webcam recording is not recommended on Chromebooks.

- We are working on a version to overcome these limitations.
