Duplicate Words Finder is a free Productivity Add-on for Google Docs. You could download the latest version crx file or old version crx files and install it.

The main idea: to find all duplicated words and underline them.
It helps to avoid different translation of one word by the group of translators at the same time.
For example, one name can be translated in two or more ways and this tool allows you to catch the word which has duplication and to make sure that it will be translated only in 1 way.
How it works? After you install add-on, click -> Find duplicates. Provide the name of sheet (it will be created and saved on google drive) and in this sheet in column A1 will be saved all duplicated words. Every cell = 1 word.
After you provide the sheet name, appears window with question about word length (min.3).
If you provide 3 - the tool will find all words, with 3 and more characters: for, apple, with;
if you provide 4 - it will find all words with 4 and more characters: last,lots,june, branch etc.
Open new-created sheet and check the words in column A1. If some words you don’t want to underline further (for, the,you, your…) just remove them from the sheet. Next click on add-on menu -> Underline duplicates. The tool will underline all words from the sheet in .doc file.
Limitation: it works fine with limit of 19 000 words/100 000 characters incl.spaces.
